Twitch TV, USA – New Zealand Reward Tour – 25 Passengers
With this tour we will let the unsolicited testimonial speak for itself as Twitch found us through the internet. They were dealing with two other local DMCs and chose MP due to our detailed replies and competitive price.
” We had a fabulous time considering our circumstances with the finances and last minute changes, all complications that were thrown at you from my end that I truly appreciate you handling. I understand that this was not how anyone typically would like to operate and I really am grateful for you and your team making changes up to the last minute for me as it was quite stressful.
Hugh was absolutely lovely and a pleasure to drive with. The highlight of the trip was the Waitomo Caves for me on the last day – what an incredible experience. The ziplining canopy tour was also fabulous but I think everyone else in the group would say Hobbiton was the highlight for them because they are such huge fans of the film. The dinner was also absolutely delicious!! I highly recommend. Hugh also took us to see some sheep during some off-time during the rain and we got to play in the nursery with baby lambs, we LOVED IT!
Thank you again for everything – I don’t have any complaints at all.
Harel Insurance, Israel – New Zealand Incentive and Rewards Tour – 95 Passengers
This New Zealand incentive tour was six months in the making. We had two back to back tours that travelled around the South Island with a guide from Israel and a local Mercury Pacific representative, who was ahead of the group making sure that each aspect of the group’s logistics worked perfectly. This made for an absolutely seamless trip, which made this one of the best tours we have ever had. The weather was perfect, which also helped :-). We had specific dietary requirements, which had our MP rep in the kitchen for breakfast, lunch and dinner making sure everything was in order and was an important aspect of why we were chosen as the local DMC. We were very proud that everything went sensationally well and the feedback from the group was that it was one of the best trips they have ever been on.
Bank Simpanan Nasional, Malaysia – Incentive and Rewards Tour – 29 Passengers
This was a wonderful winter tour that had the top executives and achievers travel to the South Island of New Zealand for an 8-day tour. The tour started in Christchurch and then travelled down to Queenstown with visits to Milford Sound and the surrounding region. The weather was phenomenal and the scenery was some of the best the coach driver had ever seen, with snow-capped mountains and warm winter days. The next part of the tour was the amazing part! The group hired 9 Maui campervans and travelled up the West Coast visiting all the top spots. It was something different and everyone loved the independence and the fact they stayed in some native bush in luxury campervans. Winter can be the best time to visit as it is a lot cheaper and the scenery can be even better than summer.
SCB, Thailand – Top Clients – 44 passengers
This was a total luxury tour that was 4 months in the making and took into consideration every single minor detail as well a contingency plan for every activity booked. We organised private rooms on cruises, 12 private guides for a two-day tour, mountain top lunches and many other unique and wonderful activities. There was a big focus on promoting the bank and we went out of our way to make sure every promotional aspect was perfectly implemented. Even to the point of purchasing promotional stickers that were easily removed from vehicles. This tour was the most demanding we have every undertaken and our clients responded by saying they have never experienced a DMC that was so willing to assist with every question and request they had. They totally relied on Mercury Pacific to provide an “out of the box” experience and that is definitely what they received. Having a Mercury Pacific agent based in Asia also help with the time zone issue, as there were many late afternoon calls that needed to be taken.
Menorah Insurance Company, Israel – Incentive Tour – 48 passengers
This luxury tour was an incentive tour to both New Zealand and Australia for 48 delegates and their partners and was 5 star all the way! The tour was based in Queenstown with unique daily activities organised with optional extras for anyone that wanted to do something else. The tour highlight was the charter flight to Milford Sound as there was not a cloud in the sky and for many of the delegates, this flight was one of the most amazing trips they have ever experienced.
Oxley College, Australia – Sports Tour – 68 boys and girls and 5 teachers
This tour is the second time Oxley College have used the services of Acrossnz Groups. The first tour of a touring rugby team was so successful they decided to bring the soccer, hockey, netball and tennis teams as well as the rugby teams. With the school playing 23 games in Dunedin, Queenstown, Greymouth and Wellington during the School holidays this was definitely one of our more challenging tours to organise. All the schools were on holiday and it took a lot of effort from both the Acrossnz staff and the wonderful people who organise school boy and girl sports to get this trip off the ground. The tour highlight was the Luge, Shotover Jet and white-water rafting on a beautiful April day.
Mazurkas Travel Poland – Winter Incentive Tour – 28
This tour was during the middle of winter so required special attention to detail with regards to the type of activities and locations that the group participated in. This tour used the services of a New Zealand based tour guide who spoke Polish fluently as well English. The group was another incentive tour and we used some of our favourite options that we have found work well with previous tours. Tour highlight was the overnight stay at Mt Cook National Park and waking up to Mt Cook covered in snow, with not a cloud in the sky.
Pirelli Israel – Incentive Tour – 24 passengers
This tour was fantastic for all involved. This group was so enthusiastic about everything that they saw and did the coach driver said it was one of the most enjoyable tours he had ever taken. Every dinner, activity and stop off was an event and the fun had on this trip was constant. The driver became one of the family and therefore went the extra mile to make this trip as special as possible for everyone involved. Tour highlight was everything, from the feedback we received.
Delaware University – Educational Tours – 44 Students and 4 teachers
We have organised 5 educational tours in New Zealand and Australia for the University of Delaware and the amazing Steve since 2006. This tour had very specific educational requirements and was a mixture of study classes during the day and educational activities that were suitable for all the students. This tour was in Australia and was based in Sydney. We had to keep everything within a strict budget and made sure that all services provided were of the best value available.
