Snorkeling et plongée sur la partie extérieure de la Grande Barrière de corail
Day trips from Cairns or Port Douglas to pristine outer reef sites teeming with marine life.
About Outer Reef Snorkel & Dive
The outer reef sits an hour or so off the coast — coral-rich, deeper, clearer, and far less affected by river runoff than inner reef sites. It is where you'll find the postcard reef of brain corals, fan corals, parrotfish and clownfish in technicolour shoals.
Most operators run pontoon-based day trips from Cairns or Port Douglas, with snorkelling, introductory and certified diving, and underwater observation chambers all included.
