Freycinet & Wineglass Bay
Pink granite peaks and a perfect crescent of white-sand beach voted one of the world's best.
About Freycinet & Wineglass Bay
Freycinet National Park is Tasmania's most photographed wilderness — pink-granite peaks of The Hazards plunging into white-sand bays and turquoise water. At its heart is Wineglass Bay, regularly voted one of the world's best beaches.
The classic short walk is 1.5 hours return to the Wineglass Bay lookout; for a full day, continue down to the beach and across the isthmus to Hazards Beach for a perfect 11km loop.
