Mercury Pacific’s speciality is inbound group travel throughout New Zealand and Australia.  We create custom tours for wholesalers and provide travellers with unforgettable experiences from start to finish. We can arrange tours for groups of any size, from 6 to 600, any budget and any type, including (but not limited to) series, closed group, incentive and shore excursion.

Itinerary Planning
Because of our time in the industry and our real understanding of what travellers want when they visit our locations, we consider each group’s type, market, makeup, special interests, requirements and budget when we develop each itinerary.  Our experience with overseas agents from numerous markets informs our itineraries as much as our consideration of travellers’ requests. We anticipate needs ahead of time and take pride in ensuring smooth experiences that exceed expectations.  We don’t do one size fits all: every itinerary is unique, and is agreed upon before travel starts, though we are flexible enough to make adjustments and allow for changes once travellers arrive.

Mercury Pacific is able to arrange suitable accommodation for any budget, from youth hostels and farm stays to comfortable hotels and luxury lodges. We are familiar with all of our accommodations and can meet each particular group’s needs. We will happily consult with you about your clients’ budget, amenity, and star rating expectations and provide a package that suits.

We arrange late model, high quality (3, 4, and 5 star) tourist coaches in sizes to suit each group (12-60 seats), and a luxury level to suit each budget without compromising comfort and safety.  We also arrange self-drive vans to suit groups of less than 12.  We keep in touch with guides and drivers as tours progress and also provide 24-hour emergency assistance to travellers who opt for self-drive options.

Each of our tours can be accompanied by friendly local guides who are experienced in working with groups, catering to their interests and allowing for diversions. We are able to match appropriate guides to groups to guarantee bespoke tours for those who chose this option. We can also provide drivers who are experienced guides for more budget-conscious tours.
