    New Zealand

    Mont Cook et Fiordland

Snow-capped peaks, glacial lakes and the eighth wonder of the world

    About Mount Cook & Fiordland

Aoraki / Mount Cook is New Zealand's highest mountain at 3,724m — a sacred peak to Ngāi Tahu and the centrepiece of an alpine national park ringed by glaciers and turquoise lakes.

Further south lies Fiordland — a vast wilderness of dripping rainforest, sheer rock walls and glacier-carved fjords. Milford Sound, with its mile-high cliffs and tumbling waterfalls, was famously dubbed the 'eighth wonder of the world' by Rudyard Kipling.
